Understanding Your Connection Pulse

A weekly relational pulse check to tune into the emotional rhythm of your relationship.

The Connection Pulse is a way to tune into the emotional rhythm of your relationship and notice how things are going between you. It is not about judgement or getting it “right.” It is about building awareness.

Each week, you reflect on how your relationship has felt across key areas like emotional safety, repair, communication, and connection. Your responses generate a score out of 100 that places you somewhere along the Connection Pulse scale.

This scale is not a label. It is a temperature gauge, a way to check in, reflect honestly, and use what you learn to support meaningful conversations.

90 – 100
Connected
There is emotional openness, trust, and a steady rhythm of connection. You feel supported, secure, and aligned, navigating life as true partners.
70 – 89
Collaboration
You are working as a team. Relational tools are being used more consistently. There is empathy, repair, and mutual effort to move through challenges together.
50 – 69
Intentional
You are starting to slow down and notice what is happening beneath the surface. There is more reflection, emotional awareness, and a shared effort to respond with care rather than react automatically.
30 – 49
Reactive
Stress and disconnection show up in repeated cycles or emotional volatility. You are trying to connect, but reactivity often gets in the way. There is growing awareness that something needs to shift.
10 – 29
Disconnected
The relationship feels emotionally shut down or distant. Safety and presence are missing, and connection may feel blocked by conflict, overwhelm, or silence.

Your Connection Pulse score is not a judgement. It is a snapshot of where things are right now. Wherever you land on the scale, awareness is always the first step toward meaningful change.
