When have we been at our best together? What made that possible?
Divide a task this week based on who is naturally better at it. Play to your strengths as a team.

What three strengths do I most admire in my partner?
After a repair moment, lean on your partner’s strength. If writing is easier than talking, write a note.
Each partner writes down three strengths they see in the other and shares them. Then discuss: how could we use these strengths more intentionally this week?
